This is a race that carries real implications for the Congressional redistricting fight, the balance of power in Tallahassee, and our ability to protect fairness and equality in the Legislature.
From Brian Nathan: Ron DeSantis and his handpicked candidate think they can keep that seat red. They think they can keep trampling on the rights and livelihoods of everyday Floridians. They’re wrong.
When we win this seat, it will be a working-class rejection of Trump-style politics and DeSantis’ culture-war distractions. I grew up fighting for a paycheck and a fair shot. While DeSantis chases headlines, I’m focused on solutions to the problems of our community: affordable housing, access to healthcare, good schools for our children, and public safety.
We’re turning up the heat. We’re not asking nicely. We’re exposing every harmful policy and very broken promise that’s hurting you, your family, and your neighbors. It’s time to punch up – hard.
